Hope everyone had a great weekend. I wanted to provide a year to date update on the housing market in Biddeford. The median sales price is 475,350, 36 sales have closed so far, single family homes are on the market on average for 13 days and 99% of single family homes received the listing price.
You might find yourself asking what does this mean? That means the Biddeford is sellers market, that means that the demand for single family homes does not match the supply. In terms of negotiations sellers have a tremendous amount of leverage!
