Asked for help

Today, I did something that has always been challenging for me: I asked for help.

As a newer real estate agent, it’s easy to feel like you need to have all the answers. But one of the biggest lessons I’m learning is that growth comes from being willing to learn from others.

I reached out to a colleague at my brokerage and asked for ideas on how to get one of my listings in front of more potential buyers. Not only was he willing to help, but he shared two thoughtful and creative marketing ideas that I hadn’t considered.

It was a great reminder that real estate isn’t just about houses. It is about relationships, collaboration, and constantly learning from those around you.

I’m grateful to be part of a brokerage with experienced professionals who are willing to share their knowledge and support one another.

What’s something you’ve learned recently by simply asking for help?
