Yesterday, I had the pleasure of taking a “Working with Buyers” course. One of my biggest takeaways was that helping a buyer is truly a partnership between the real estate agent and the client. Communication, trust, and teamwork are key throughout the process.
Another important lesson was the value of asking thoughtful questions to better understand a buyer’s needs, goals, and priorities. The more we listen, the better we can guide our clients home.
My apologizes about not putting out a video last week I needed to make some improvements to the script after speaking with the agents I’m planning on filming with.
